Reiki

Reiki (pronounced ray-kee) is a powerful healing energy transferred through the light touch of the hands which can be directed to specific areas of the body to relieve stress, eliminate physical discomfort, boost the immune system and accelerate the healing process.  Reiki balances your chakras, the body’s energy field, clears your thoughts, and brings an inner peace and calmness to your mind.

Learning Reiki involves attending training where you go through an attunement process which raises your energy field to a higher level of vibration.  There is no pre-requisite for Reiki training.  Simply have an open mind, an open heart, compassion, and the desire to heal yourself,  friends, family, and animals also.

What do we do?

-Meditation
-Treatment of each other (10-15  minutes each)
-Exchange of experiences
-Treatment of horses
-Refreshing of the treatment technique

Our programme is varied monthly.

Dates first Friday of each month.

Time 18.30 till ca. 22.30.

These meetings can also be visited by none Reiki Persons.

If you have no experience of Reiki and would like to know what Reiki is all about, then why not visit one of the meetings. Adults and children over 8 years are welcome and you may also bring a guest.

Every Reiki meeting is free of charge but you are welcome to help with the cost of the refreshments if you wish.

All seminars, treatments and holidays take place at our idyllically situated farm, which is in the middle of beautiful countryside and woodland.
